White Pony

Smooth, delicate and highly refreshing.
This fine white tea is also known as “White Peony” or "Pai Mu Tan". But we call it our precious "White Pony". It is full leafed and white in colour, pale and elegant when infused, accented by notes of white blossoms and the flavour of fresh, raw buds. This rare white tea is made from small and delicate buds and leaves plucked in early spring. Distinctly floral and smooth on the palate. An excellent tea for the end of the day.
